These have awesome arch support and fit great in the upper area too. I just went for a short run- I couldn't wait, haha! These are great almost minimalist shoes. They are light but supportive, without the chunky heel I hate. The soles are firm but still soft... Basically the best running shoe I've had! Overall a great compromise between support and minimalism. They fit great-I have narrow feet and high to normal arches, just FYI.

This shoe runs true to size and very comfortable to run or walk in, I bought them to replace a pair of Nikes. The colors were as depicted in the pic and arrived as stated from the seller.

I had to adjust to this shoe a bit. I was wearing a heavier ASICS shoe. I'd say the adjustment time was 3 weeks. Now that I'm used to it I'm very happy with this shoe. Great price for a great running shoe. I run about 15 miles per week and have a high arch. I'm starting to train for a half marathon,......
